any financial institutions, ie, banks, credit card companies, web services, or
any other business enterprise that facilitates the purchase, rental, transfer or download of child
pornography, please let us know immediately.
Once we have this information, we will organize
and coordinate an international
boycott campaign against these despicable institutions who are making profits on the
terrible suffering of children. We urge everyone worldwide to participate in our

A referendum can be held any time, there is no
need to wait for the next scheduled elections. Every day that passes without
this important law, some of your state's children are being terrorized, raped,
and sodomized. Their bodies, minds and spirits are being stolen by inaction and
apathy. And the vile perpetrators of these crimes are walking out of
courtrooms laughing at all of us, looking for their next victim.
We are planning, organizing and coordinating
multiple, simultaneous statehouse demonstrations in all states that do not have
Jessica's Law on their books, or that have a watered down, "predator-friendly"
version that needs strengthening. We are depending on you, the citizens of those

FIND OUT WHAT THE LOCAL
REGULATIONS ARE FOR CONVICTED CHILD MOLESTERS LIVING IN YOUR COUNTY, CITY, TOWN, OR
VILLAGE. ORGANIZE AND PETITION FOR NEW LAWS:
1) Forbidding all convicted sex offenders from
ever being closer than four miles from a school, playground, park, school bus
stop or anywhere else children congregate, especially without supervision.
PRINT UP A MAP OF YOUR COMMUNITY WITH
THESE LOCATIONS MARKED, THEN DRAW A FOUR MILE RADIUS AROUND EACH AND CONNECT THE
OUTSIDE OF THE CIRCLES. THIS BECOMES THE PEDOPHILE FREE SAFE ZONE.
2) Requiring all convicted child molesters in
your community to
wear an electronic cuff or have a locator chip implanted which will send out an
alarm to electronic receivers should the four mile limit be violated. These
monitoring devices can be located in schools, police stations, and planted around the four
mile pedophile-free zone. Should the offender penetrate the safe zone, the
police would be automatically notified and an arrest made.

your homes and your children are! If you are serious about protecting all children,
take control of this situation. It comes down to your saying this: "If you're a
convicted child molester and want to live in our community, these are the laws.
If you don't like them, live somewhere else."

central hub for organizing campaigns and demonstrations at local, state and
federal levels. We will facilitate communication, cooperation and coordination
between Local Team Leaders and Predator Patrol Members all across the country.
Our strategy is to start at community level
pushing for new local laws to protect our children while increasing the numbers
of Predator Patrol Teams and Members.
We will build momentum until we have the
consensus to present our position to the government in Washington in a huge,
united demonstration to demand that a Federal version of Jessica's Law be
enacted.
